Oils and Massage
Pamper yourself in the spa, make natural face masks, and learn how to use essential oils. Enjoy massages and feel welcomed among women who appreciate the small things that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
Time Out for You
Relax by the beach, enjoy the spa, and unwind in beautiful surroundings.
Evening Wind-Down Practice
Yoga Nidra guided meditation, and gentle yoga to reflect and calm your senses.

Julie Mcguire
A certified yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience, Julie is passionate about helping women feel their best through yoga. Co-author and creator of the book ‘Inbetween, your Warrior Guide’, Julie is also a skilled hair and makeup artist.
Kate George
Co-author and creator of the book ‘Inbetween, your Warrior Guide’, Kate is a freelance illustrator, designer, and qualified Aerial Dance teacher. With 10 years of experience, she will guide you in movement and journaling to help redirect negative thoughts into positive actions.
Nadja Malmgren
Born in Stockholm, Nadja has lived in Spain for over 40 years. A Master in the Grinberg Method, aromatherapy, aroma touch, and entrepreneurship, Nadja will teach you about well-being through aromatherapy and massage.
